1. Automatic Air Assist System:
The S30 Pro comes with a 32-bit air-assist motherboard and an automatic air pump. This system intelligently turns on/off the air assist when engraving or cutting, saving time and ensuring proper engraving without manual intervention.
2. Powerful 10W Dual Laser Output:
The Sculpfun S30 10W combines two laser beams into one, allowing it to cut through materials like 10mm wood and 5mm black acrylic in a single pass. The high-pressure airflow from the air-assisted nozzle increases cutting efficiency, making it more than five times faster than without air assist.
3. Higher Precision Engraving & Cutting:
The S30 Pro features a 0.005mm high precision linear slide rail X-axis and an ultra-fine compressed spot of 0.08mm x 0.06mm. This enables industrial-grade engraving accuracy and the creation of detailed and realistic engraved images.
4. Smooth Edge & Deeper Cutting:
The air-assist system quickly reduces the surface temperature of the cut object, preventing deformation and discoloration caused by high laser temperature. The powerful airflow also blows away residue, ensuring a clean surface and smooth cutting edge. These speeds up the cutting process and increases cutting depth.
5. Expandable Engraving Area for Both XY Axis:
The S30 Pro has an innovative design that allows for the expansion of the engraving area. It offers two additional options: a Y-axis extension kit for 935x400mm or an upgraded XY axis expansion kit for 935x905mm. These expansion kits need to be purchased separately and enable handling larger engraving or cutting jobs.
6. Longer Service Life:
The S30 Pro uses a replaceable lens that significantly increases the life of the laser, making it more than 10 times longer than ordinary lasers. When the lens is damaged or worn out, it can be replaced to restore cutting power. A free lens is included in the package.
